Since Penny has now devoured 3 different rounds of a vegetable garden, two window screens, too many rubber balls to count, a log of wood, a towel, and our crazy arm caterpillar sprinkler, I decided to get all fancy like and make Aiden a little soaker tub for the last really warm weekend of summer! It started off trying to be a water table of sorts (notice the bath toys).
He dumped water from bucket to bucket...
stayed dry for all of about 30 seconds...
and then was in the bucket WITH the mower. This picture is so funny to me because when I was little and my sister hogged all of the room in the kiddie pool, I would chillax in a five gallon bucket all of my own.
Now my son, the creative genius he is, sits in a bucket too! My heart melts.
See what a generous kid. He wanted all his toys to enjoy the water as well. Mower and all.
I thought Penny might have a few laps but it reminded her too much of a bath so she kept her distance.
