Aiden is so excited that it is warming up outside, as am I! I get to sneak in a little sun here and there while he plays! It's a win-win!! The Easter Bunny (aka Gramma Mary) put some gardening and outdoor toys in his Easter basket. We put them to use the next weekend while I planted some pots.
Aiden had his own pot to play with.
He had me fill up the watering can probably 10 times at least!
"The dirt is not quite drenched enough mom. I think we need more water."
He also got Sidewalk chalk. He made a few scribbles here and there.
Here's masterpiece number 1.
After a while of holding chalk but no drawing, I went to check on his progress. He thought the pink chalk was so pretty, it probably tastes as good as it looks right??
Yes, those are Aiden's rabbit teeth that scraped the top clean off! I dug chalk pieces out of his mouth for a good ten minutes! It was pretty funny, and a reminder to myself that just when I think "No, he won't eat that", He WILL, and more than likely he ALREADY DID!!
Needless to say, it doesn't taste as good as it looks. Cotton Candy flavoring not included.
